Dear sir\madam
Yesterday i had recieved a pair of woodland shoes.i observed that the manufacture year printed on the box was in tempered condition and also the shoes appears to be very old.so i contacted this no. [protected] at 4:10pm on05\07\2016.they told me to send the photo of the tempered portion of the box.so i therefore requested to please arrange to interchange the old shoes with new one as early as possible.i am also enclosing the photo of the box with invoice as an attached file.
