[Resolved]  Worst Delivery & Unethical Behavior By Professional Courier — Consignment not delivered even after 12 days - Bhiwadi to Pune

We Booked a consignment from Bhiwadi to Pune by 16-Aug-14. But till today material not delivered to consignee. No update from M/s. Professional courier tracking portal. No proper response from your customer service. Instead of his behaved in unethical manner when I ask about the consignment. We handed over the parcel in completely sealed cotton box with very good condition. It has got damaged during transit since as per their tracking details it was delivered to pune by 23-Aug-2014. But now they are simple saying material got damaged. It is totally worst behaviour from M/s. Professional courier service.
