We are 40 people who had booked flat in project srushti heights of builder WS developer, Booking Agreement made with builder on 14th Monday 2013
agreement says if builder not able to do TP/NA of land/project within 6 month, he will return booking money (5lac) with 18% interest from the date of agreement.
Now builder refuses to pay booking money with interest back saying i do not have money do whatever you want, we are asking him to give money back from many days but he was postponing it by giving many bull reasons.
Need help to get our money back with interest from the WS Developers.
