Hello sir this side dipesh jaiswal from delhi actually the issue is that i got one of the call from the lady that we offering finance for mobile phones so the website is www.12emi.in and after fill up the form they called me that validation is completed and you 'll get your product in 2-3 days but firstly you 've to pay the first emi along with processing fees of rs 1000 but right now i am not getting the product and they are not picking my call also even the customer care guys also. the girl name is muskan and the number is [protected] and i 've given all that formalities like money and documentation. now they are not responding to me even they replied to mails also. and the application number is 2310fmt9958. so it's a request please solve this issue as soon as possible. thanks dipesh jaiswal contact - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

19/12/2015 ko saturday ke din mobile ane wala tha.call kiya to bole monday me aa jayega..monday ko phone kiya to bole 6:00 bajetka aa jayega.maine bola couriur company ka tracking id dedo.to bole 4 ghante me ayega.na massege na mail aya to maine call kiya to bole bar bar call karne ki vajah se apka mobile late ho gaya.abhi apka mobile 26/12/2015 ko milega.aaj maine call kiya to bole aaj sham tak 6:00 baje 100% apje hath me rahega.maine wapis couriur ka tracking no manga to bole 4 ghante me aa jayega..aaj bhi na massege na mail aya to maine 4 ghante ke baad call kiya to bole call karne ki vajase mobile oeder cancle ho gayi..
aur jo custmer care vale bolne me aur fakne me mahir hai... dhamki dekar bolte hai ya pyar se bolte hai..o samjme nahi aata hai...
muze to lagta hai sirf 1000 rupees ke liye ye company logo ko fasati hai.
custmer care complent sunane ke liye hi hota.agar enko taklif hoti hai to gharpe bithao.
mobile do nahi to 1000 rupees kisi anath ashram ko daan karo..
fasane ka dhanda band karo...
dosto 100% fake companyy...

yes i had also ordered the product on 5th feb 2016.after that i recieved the verificatin parcel in two days but till now i have not recieved the product. it is a fake site and fake callers.

Guys chuk it !!! they had jus made Fools to yu'll as well as one of my friend they are not going to contact for anything and do not be in a dream that your fone or any product will coming so forget it, just think that this was lesson to all o[censored]s...
guys there no option but except one thing, that is apply once again for a new product with new details, give the new details and talk politely to them(CS TEAM) as per they send a watch to yu through courie, just take courier and send him back without the money anyhow, do this for 5 or 6 times so that you'll have satisfaction atleast
