[Resolved] www.Freecharge.in — Freecharge didn't make payment to idea. | |||||
I tried using freecharge to make a bill payment for a Idea Post Paid mobile. . Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to Idea for the same. Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails. Because of payment due my mobile connection getting discounted... Please find below order details: 1. FCMA[protected], payment R's 410/- 2. Oct 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally free charge team has responded and Issue resolved also due payment updated in Idea portal so closing complaint.
