[Resolved]  www.FreshCakesPune.com — haven't received my cake ordered on time even after paying the entire amount

I have ordered a cake that was to be delivered on 24th August 2014 in pune.
I paid the entire amount in advance to this site named www.FreshCakesPune.com.
I mentioned the correct home address and the email ID where the cake was to be delivered.
Unfortunately i just mentioned incorrect phone no.
The merchant did not send the order to the given address on 24th August.
I tried to call the contact no and also mailed the merchant but did not receive any reply from them.
On 25th Aug they mailed me asking an alternate contact no but i was not interested in the order then as i wanted the order specifically on 24th AUG because of which i have paid them extra for a same day delivery.

Now they are imposing the order on me and asking me to give an alternate contact no to send the cake.
They have a correct address given but they have not even tried to go and check the address given.
I could have understood if the address was incorrect.
I want my money back - Rs 975, but they are not willing to cancel the order.
