www.gboomba.com — Refund not initiated

On[protected] BSNL Postpaid Bill paid through gboomba.com for an amount of Rs. 743 through payment gateway payumoney.com. Discount given by payumoney.com and an amount of Rs. 712.16 debited from my SBI a/c. But Bill payment got failed and so far refund not initiated.My order number is GBU9OYMJX3 and phone number for bill payment is [protected]. I send them several customer complaints but they were not responding. Please take necessary action to refund Rs. 712.16 to my Bank a/c.
