I got a call from mart2all and sales person said that you are lucky customer and selected in promotional offer you get assured gift. i select dell inspiron15 3521 model through online offer list from website their representative said that for this you just have to buy a combo product worth rs 8899/-. i completed all process help by their accounts representative via telecalling and i choose 12 month emi option i follow all process as guide by her she said for your account confirmation you have to put your debit card details at our website for emi i had ordered on same time order number m2a[protected], order dated 07/03/2016 after online process completion i found that no installment is done and full amount rs 8899/- debited from my sb account. that time representative confirmed me that due to internet slow problem the above amount captured by their icici bank and it is safe and will be refund you within a 24 hrs but amount is not refund me till the date. i had received a combo products on dt. 31/03/2016 in the box received all combo items was found in duplicate quality but assured gift was not in the box and not found any tag or documents of the products also rebook watch found damaged, i discussed the same with mr gaurav kapoor (sales representative mart2all) and sent items pictures and also ask for gift which not received with combo, he said your gift is sealed by logistics department and sent me email (time to time) regarding various taxes and for charges i paid the same as the emails and commitment received from the company representative. before last payment which i made for shipping charges company sent me a email that after shipping payment company will give me the consignment number within a hrs and also said that my shopping amount also revert in my account at today 6 pm but till the date i have not received assured gift or any refund, after every payment company sent me a new demand and their representative gives me assurance with various types of explanations.

Apart from this after all payments again i received mail on dt. 22/04/16 that my assured gift dell inspiron15 3521 goes to damaged and now going to confirm your gift dell inspiron15 7537 and for this, again demand me rs. 4999/- additionally.

Company full cheat me and feel harassed and want to take tough action against the company and their representative who serve wrong information and misguide to the customers, because this company make fool to other peoples also in same manner and want to tough action against the company and want to refund my total amount which i paid to the company which is total rs 24, 789/-.

I have their emails and payment/transfer receipts and order pictures for ready reference, if needed i will show the same.

I had also sent 3 times complaint letter (2 times via speed post and 1 time via courier) but due to wrong address given at website www.mart2all.com, and their representatives the letter sent back and mentioned reason incomplete address or wrong address.

I need help regarding how to take legal action against the company.
Please help me.
