Hi, This is regarding the Order id HMof-[protected] which was for 12 Roses and 0.5kg Cake for Valentine day. The order costed Rs 1195/- to me. I had requested for morning session delivery so that flowers can reach my wife. The order was delivered at around 5pm, in the evening. This is for Mumbai and the address was very easy to reach by Public Transport. Also the quality of deliverables (Flowers) was not upto the mark. I was really sad and disappointed with the service and quality of deliverable. The Rose Bunch was not at all near to what was shown on the site. Though the disclaimers are put on the site, it does not mean that one can treat the customers like this. I tried reaching them via phone on the Valentine day multiple times. But my efforts were futile. The number was always busy. It is based in Kolkata. I will not order them again and also will not recommend to anyone. Overall frustrating. Regards, Vinayak
