Due to misunderstanding between mymantrashoping.com and me I have complained about not received confirmation mail. Now they have committed that they will deliver vthe product within 24 hrs. Now I am satisfied if they deliver the product within 24 hrs with docket number as per their commitment.

This is to inform you that, I received a call from ''Mymantrashoping.com, phone #[protected] on dt. 8/11/2015 & I booked an order under order ref # [protected], EBS payment id # 44373636, payment amount Rs. 12, 999/-

Till date nigher goods received nor payment refunded yet !
Made several phones to the company from last 2 weeks but not received any positive response. Telephonic summary with Mymantrashoping.com as under

2. Ms. Anjali, Retail sec., phone #[protected]
3. Mr. Vikram, Manager, phone # [protected]
4. Mr. Srivastava, Manager, phone # [protected]
EBS : Received an e-mail from EBS which stated that my transaction status completed successfully but after a while I received one more mail which updated translation status ''incomplete'' And stated that the payment will be refunded by 7-10 days when re-contacted to EBS & stated me that my transaction id # 44373636 has been successfully captured by account # 17751 & domain name : mymantrashoping.com on dated 17/11/2015

Mymantrashoping.com making false commitment & fool to people. Offering customer attractive products in attractive price by phone, Instead of offering installment payment, deduct 100% amount whether no refund payment received later as per their commitment, Even they advise me goods have been dispatched but not provide the awb no. even after several time making call the them & no any reply or call from them.
I have been harassed a lot due to this unexpected incidence during the ''Diwali Festival''
Hereby, you are kindly requested to take the necessary action against this online frauds & help me to get my payment refund or deliver the goods asap. & I would be grateful to you for above assistance

Now i have not receive any product or amount
I too lost money on this.
