I ordered Toshiba hard disk from paytm, details are as below 1. Registered mobile number :- [protected], 2.email ID :- [protected]@rediffmail.com 3.Order Number :-[protected] 4.Product Name :-Toshiba HDTB110AK3BA Canvio Basics 1 TB Hard Disk (Black) 5.Date of Purchase :- 22 Aug. 2015 6.Order Value :- Rs. 3995/- hard disk is defected and not be detected to system. so i send my query to paytm, according to conversation with paytm customer care i returned hard disk to merchant and sent the courier slip to paytm. hard disk is received by merchant. but uptill now refunf is not initiated. i sent mail to paytm care many times, but they do not generate refund and not even reply.
