www.pepperfry.com — Delayed Delivery and Completely lax customer care | |||
I had bought a furniture from pepperfry.com (order number[protected] on 26th of June this year. One of the items, a sofa, was to be delivered on 10th of July of this year. I put an email on the same day night stating that it was not delivered. Through their online tracking I could see that the consignment was lying in their bangalore Hub from 2nd of July. There was no reply to the email. I tried calling them up after 3 days. The customer care official's reply was that they are doing an enquiry on that matter based on the email and will get back to me in 2 days time. I again called up after 2 days since i didn't get any reply from their side. This time they said it has left the warehouse the previous day and will take another 10-12 days to get delivered at my place. This sofa was supposed to be an express delivery item. One was the delay in delivery and second was there is no feedback about the status of the item once we enquire about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
