Dear Sir/Mam, It is to inform you that recently I had a very bad experience in both the reliance store in siliguri, West bengal. My problem was I have got a pre paid connection sim which i have been using since many years bearing number [protected], as the sim was not working showing no regestration network, I have move to the store for a solution but instead of the solution got the answer from the customer executive that I have to convert the prepaid connection to post paid, and also told taht there is no prepaid sim available.
