This Complaints is against www.shopclues.com regarding the Philips Earphone SHS4800. This is third time i have experienced this from the same online shopping store. I purchased Phillips SHS4800 Earphone from shopclues. They have clearly mentioned that they sell only genuine products. So I ordered the same. But when I received the product it was shocking. It was a chines duplicate earphone, very bad quality and not at all useful. I asked them to refund me for that. Then they asked for the pictures of the product I received and later they replied that they have discussed with the Merchant and Product is the same u were supposed to get. That product does not have any warranty card or manual.
