[Resolved] www.Snapdeal.com — Complaining against snapdeal for refund the money | |||||
I have purchased online CITY SHOP BLUE & BEIGE NET GOWN for women Rs. 1888/- Order no.[protected] Suborder No. [protected] as on dated 07.09.2015 from Snap deal with mobile No. [protected], but I am not satisfy for that product so I have decided to return them, Finally I have call to Snapdeal they will arranged to pick up the product from my home as on dated 15.09.2015. As per FEDEX courier tracking record[protected] it is delivered as on dated 17.09.2015. I have also provided to snap deal scan copy of courier details & bank details. This communication I have discussed long time on daily basis I have spend approx Rs. 1000/-. Every time they were hold and check the details and asked same details on daily basis. There is not any Toll free No. I have complaint many times to snap deal, they didn't take any strong action just give me the assurance every time. Still I am awaiting to refund my money since last 2 and Half month.
