www.Styletag.com — Order not delivered.

I placed an order numbered R[protected] on www.Styletag.com, dated November 15th, 2014. Order comprised of a cardigan worth Rs. 1599 and a shirt worth Rs. 979. I paid website the amount using my debit card, received a payment acknowledgement email from them and was told that the order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. I received the shirt after a month but the cardigan has not been delivered yet, even after 2 months. I e-mailed their customer support ([protected]@styletag.com, [protected]@styletag.com) several times but every time I get the same auto generated reply. I tried calling them ([protected], [protected]) but no one attends the calls and an auto generated sms is sent saying that their representatives are busy. I am attaching the all the relevant e-mails. Please look after the matter as soon as possible. Thanks.
