Dear Sir,
I had got a call from www.tripgateway.in on dt.17/02/2016 regarding a vacation package worth Rs. 8999.00...In that conversation their representive Mr. Akash offered me that if I'll book this package in the happy hour(9am-2:30pm), their company will give a mobile phone HTC One M9 plus with this tour package 4N-5D vacation.. Initially, I denied to opt for the scheme...but later on they assured me that they will definitely deliver the mobile to my address and convince me to make the payment... After payment, they are playing with my emotion and till date they have not sent anything to my address...I've made clear that I'll receive the vacation package only if they deliver me the mobile phone along with the kit.. I'm feeling that they have made a fraud transaction with me... I've recorded few calls while transacting with them...
Therefore, I request you to kindly cancel the transaction after call verification of the said department personnel & help me in refund of my money...I'm lodging the complaint again in your website due to the problem has not been resoved...Please contact the sales person name Akash with this no as mentioned below: [protected] or
