Please don't buy this machine there is no proper maintanance

I have bought this machine before 3 years still now i didn't get
Any profit from this


I have bought a wide format machine(7142) from your company and i have an problem in blue head. So that i have called for a service from your company, i did not got any proper response from your company for two months after that a service man deepak has came from your company. And he worked whole day but he didn't gave me any proper response and he said that " i will come by tomorrow " but he came after 2 months. And again he came with another service man selva and they worked for a day and they said "a spare to be changed from your machine", but they didn't mentioned what spare to be changed after three months a service man from delhi worked he too said the same after two months deepak & selva came and said me that spare to be changed from your machine and it will worth rs. 2, 05, 312/- for your kind attn. I have bought this machine for rs. 2, 40, 000/- only

Now what can i do for that spare, till today i didn't got any profit from that machine.
