[Resolved]  Xiaomi India — Compaine exclaition

I ordered a redmi note 3 gold 32g on mi.com website on 18 may 2016.
It had been over a week but still i haven't received the product. My order details are :

Delivery information

Courier company : fedex


After a lot of going back and forth and calling the customer care i had not
Recieved a satisfactory response.
The last time i had a word with your team, i was told that the product had been
Ent for shipping and they clearly stated that it is my job to track my order by following up the product delivery.

First of all its unacceptable, what kind of service is that where the consumer have paid you and not fedex or any third party. It is your responsiblity to ship it to my doorstep in a given time period.

However, i went an extra mile and talked to fedex for the product who actually
Gave me a false commitment that product is to be delivered in maximum 1 week.
However even now i had been told that product is in their node center in delhi (Moti nagar).

Having said that, i asked the mi team to cancel my order but they clearly refused. And said that i can only cancel the product only if the product is recieved by me. This clearly doesn't makes any sense to me.

This is really frustrating. I need you to answer my following queries immidiately :

1. If i paid you for the phone (Including all charges) whose responsibility is
To make sure the product is delivered on time?

2. If i am the buyer and you are the seller and i payed you, then whose responsibility is this to track the order?

3. What is the sla (Service level agreement) - target time for product delivery.

4. The most accurate information on where my phone is and when will it be delivered?

I need the answer to my aforementioned queries else i shall be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.
