I have ordered redmi 3s prime gold 32 gb through mi store on 17th august 2016.
I have received the instrument on 22nd august 2016, the handset got charged twice.
On 28th august 2016, i have connected the handset for charging but the handset not got charged.
I have tried to charge it again but the instrument not able to get charged.
After that i have contacted to the nearest service center which is 35 km from my based location.
I have visited the service center they have experimented and inform me that the charging cable has certain issue & is defective,
But we don't have the cable at present we will order and bring you the same & contact you in three to four working days.
I waited for five next days but i haven't got any call from the service center,
I called & visited the service center (Amber computers # 25/2 vikram marg, behind s. S. Hospital, freeganj, ujjain (Mp)
They have checked it with fresh charge cable it starts charging for few minutes and again shut down at service center.
They have again experimented and informed me that the instrument has some defect we have to open it and check again.
After opening the instrument they have informed me the instrument has some charging socket defect & it will not be covered under warranty.
We don't have the part at our service center it will take around 25 days to get the part to our service center and same will be charged as this will not cover warranty.
Also we will check for other parts also after replacing the socket.
Basis above details it is clear that instrument is defective & requested them to replace the instrument.
But they are not providing any solution.
The company doesn't have any solution on below
They doesn't have any escalation matrix to resolve complaint but only a single email id for just giving unsatisfactory answers.
I have escalated at least more than 10 times but till date from 17th sept 2016
No any solution has been provided
Now its high time
1. Redmi is not providing any solution to my queries
2. Third class service center in india cheating cms & providing third class services, misscommunication, misinformation.
3. Two service centers i have visited they are accepting that redmi doesnot have any solution to customer satisfaction
4. No any escalation matrix to cm services
5. Not providing e - mail ids of promoters, so that i will show themthe exact position of cm service
