I have taken a redmi not 3 product but phone has some issue with the battery. It is draining unnecessarily. I have complaint in xiaomi customer care and they gave me a complaint id which is[protected] and till it is under process. Crap customer care people told me that they will send a mail for confirmation for phone pick up (Replacement) but i am not getting any mail from their side since 1 week. When i call up their no - [protected]. They have told me wait for 24 hours. (24 hours are never complete since 5 day)
It's really pathetic service not seen ever and never. I never recommend any one to buy any product from mi website.

I didn't get any response or any single call from there web side till now.Can I get any single confirmation from them.Dear consumer team look into this matter in priority.It's almost 26 days over but didn't get any positive result from them as well as you also.
