i gave my mi3 to service center. but they not fix the problem and break some parts.this is a worst sevice i ever had from any companyXiaomi India — Charges are applied for data usage while on wifi
I have been charged for data usage even if my data connection is switched off, and while wifi is switched on. Have changed several SIM, Have inserted my SIM with another Xiomi handset however in vain.4%

I own an Mi3 bearing IMEI#[protected] purchased form flipkart.com on 27/Aug/14.
The power button has hardened over last couple of months and recently there is issue with screen sensitivity and device initiates calls automatically. Upon visiting Xiaomi service center at Cochin (TVS electronics ltd, Ravipuram) I was told that the devices needs to be replaced but the device is currently out of stock.
I have been following up with them since last three weeks and I get the same response from them that Xiaomi has not send the replacement devices.
I have been promoting Xiaomi within my friend circle, but after this experience I understand that after sales support is pathetic and I should share my experience on pathetic customer support.
I'm looking forward to an immediately reply on when how my issue could be resolved.
