Xiaomi India — Mi4i mobile phone with manufacturing defect but not able to receive services of the company despite being under warranty

My phone is under warranty and I have been contacting their customer support from last 15 days but to no avail. They keep on giving me excuses that you are not agreeing to our t&c etc. But I have been suffering from last 20 days because my phone is not working properly and despite being covered under warranty they are not able to provide me the services.
Kindly help me to solve the issue.
