Xiaomi India — Poor service

I am anurag bakshi i am using a mi pad. i submitted my mi pad to wireless communication service centre kolkata on 17/09/2015. its been more than 20 days they have not repaired my product. when i call them they say they have some problem in their server and they are not able to demand for the required parts. please look into this matter.

I am using Redmi 2 mobile. I have purchased mobile in month of may and phone got dead in june end 2015. After that I went to service centre and service centre guy told me that you will recieve your phone in after 2 or 3 months. I was shocked about poor availability of spare parts. After receive confirmation from customer executive about expedite in service I have submitted mobile at Shakarpur service centre on 16 Oct 2015 and as of I am waiting for my mobile. There is positive response from customer care executives.

This is really worst service provided by any company.
