Hello Team, I have raised complaint on Sep 4th, 2016. Today date is Sep 24th. Still my issue is not resolved. Received Damaged Product (Order ID: [protected]) [Incident:[protected]] MI Customer Service is one of the worst and pathetic service which i have ever seen. I will not recommend to buy any product in MI, you wont get proper response from MI Customer Care if you face any issues with the product. I would like to give Negative Rating for MI Customer Care. I don't understand, for return and replace why you guys are taking these many days. I have received defective Redmi Note 3 Flip Case Black product. Please take back your product and re-send the good condition product. Or else just refund the money, i will try to place in Amazon/ Snapdeal/ Flipkart.
