Xiaomi India — Redmi 3s prime not replaced | |||||
I made a purchase of redmi 3s prime (silver color) from mi india website on 14th sep and the product was delivered on 15th sep. however, the phone was defective as the mic/ speaker was not working. when i raised a complaint with mi india they asked me to visit a service center and obtain a certificate. later they said that they will replace the phone itself and that they have sent in a request with blue dart (logistics partner) to collect my phone. its been 10 working days already and they have not collected it till date. i have made numerous phone calls to the customer service of mi and blue dart and all efforts are in vain. the quality of service provided is simply sub-standard. my 9000 rupees are now down the drain.
