Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 customer support and service center doing fraud

I have given my 3 month old redmi note 3 for repair at their service centre in salt lake on 29th august, 2016.. Its more than 20 days and they are not updating on the status. The service center people don't pick the phone and their customer support don't reply to the email sent. Whenever i visit there service center they are rude and will say that it will take time.
