I am Having the MI4 LTE mobile handset. with IMEI No. [protected] purchase date is : 28-July-2015 Invoice No : S0192C/15-16/100865. After factory reset, the mobile phone asking “ This device is associated with existing MI Account (162****531)Sign in to this device.” however I never registered this device with any cloud account . I have try all these things which is showing over Google and customer care. I am not aware about the email id and password which is login over the device I called up the customer care they assist me some troubleshot, I did the same but failure, then they asked me to visit MI Service center I visit Noida Sec –18 Service center with Mobile Box and Invoice however service center told me that they are unable to unlock it, they asked to me submit the Mobile invoice and he forward a mail to to back end regarding the solutions & asked will inform me once the solution received form back end . Kindly do the best form your end.. please disconnect the device form MI Account through MI Cloud Admin Penal pls get this issue resolved and stop harassing your customers.
