Xiaomi India — Tiny charging socket replacement. | |||||
Hello, around 15 days ago i had broken my charging socket in my xiaomi mi4i 16gb variant phone color gray, i'm residing in small kind of town name "jamnagar" nearby there is no official or authorized service center in my town, so i have decided to go ahmadabad city, which is almost 320.4km far from the my town, i went to the xiaomi service center which is located in bodakdev area on date[protected], they said before received my phone they need to check what kind of problem my phone has, and finally they said the phone need to replace the particular charging socket, i was ready to pay and ready for they said, but they commit me 3 to 4 days for completing my problem, but today is[protected] time 05:30pm but unfortunately the answer is the same, that they don't have the particular parts. If such a successful company don't have a tiny part lilke a charging socket then we indian people really need to focus and try to take a objection to the foreign company like xiaomi... I buy redmi 2 from mi.com and my phone charging pin is not working and i go to service center from chane the charging pin of my phone.
