[Resolved]  Xolo — aboit xolo care in jaynagar 4th block

I took anew xolo q2000l mob on 5th may 2015. Witin 17 days i got software problem so i took it to xolo care for repair. They took it and made the mobile dead and gave us and said we couldn't do but never informed that it had happened like that. Now again they have taken it for service. Now i am iritated with your mobiles and service centers. Now if i dont get the mobile as my new mobile i will file a complain in consumer court on xolo.
