I have purchased my xolo mobile in sep 14 n my mobile is in guarantee period bt my mob is not working due to touch prob n Mike also not working At service center this prob was not rectified because they are wrongly saying that it is liquid damaged bt it is not used in rainy seaso. Aur not physically found set is being used for home perpose only no liquid enter in it..so pls replace aur repaired my mob...

Dear Sir, I am Arun Wasu form nagpur maharashtra i perchesed xelo mobile in 16 june 2015 . on opeing of paket in shop the mobile is totaly off i complent shop seller but the said tha some time this handsaet coming in this condition... i Agree with that persone and purches it.. After 15 days i got problem in my cell. at that time i sarch your service center in nagpur on net i got number and adres but not pickup my phone by your service...

My phone shutting down automatically and keeps off . I have to manually start the phone. This is the big issue as this started irritating me. I also went to xolo care located in panipat and give me phone by saying that this is alright. But next day onwards I getting this problem. I am not able to do anything.
