I have given my xolo B700 to service center One & half month ago and between this period my phone comes once and its problems not resolved so i send phone again.than after I went many times to service center and called them but they didn't respond me back that what happened with my phone . Once they replied that my phone will replaced by new phone till 1st may - 2014. but till now i have called so many times to xolo care & service...

I phone battery was swollen and wanted to purchase new Battery. I went to Maxcomm Services for battery replacement (Obviously by purchasing). But they said that they have recently opened the service center so they don't have battery in stock and I have to wait 15 more days for the battery. I have purchased a new Xolo Q700 on 11 Dec 2013 from SK Mobiles, Vadodara, it has very good features and infact i have recommended my friends for Xolo Q700 as a result now we have 5 Q700 in our group, but apart from features it has very low battery quality it drains from 100% to 40% very quickly in few hours of GPRS and gaming use.
