[Resolved] Xolo — Battery not working. | |
Sir,
I have purchased Xolo 1200Q Black on March 13, 2015 vide order no.[protected] through snap deal, But after 5 months its battery is totally dead. For its replacement
I have deposited my Xolo 1200Q BLACK with AKS Telecm Chandigarh on 13/08/2015 for change of battery. On enquring from the Service Cener on 27/08/2015, they told that the parts has yet not received from the Noida. The service center has given me 15 days time to repair/ replacement .
I therfore request you please solve the problem within the alloted period, Other wise I shall procced to the Consumer form for the justice.
