Dear Sir/Maa'm,
I bought xolo Q-1200 ( IMEI- [protected]) ON 22-JUL-2014 and after the few days of its purchase it died automatically.
I submitted this phone to one of your service centre at Lajpat Nagar om 19-AUG-2014 and till then all I am doing is calling your customer care and service centre again and again and the only response i get is to wait for 3 to 4 more days. It has been a month that your company couldn't repair a phone. should i call it your engineers inefficiency or reluctance or don't know what. The worst part is that your customer support staff told me 3-4 times that they have forwarded my complain to their managers and i will receive a call in a day or two but that never happened.
Any given company would have either replaced my phone or refunded my total amount by now if they were incapable of repairing it.
Your company and customer service has proved to be a nightmare.
Your company has my 13000 thousand rupees and their phone both and i have nothing but aggression. Their is support and customer service.
Kindly refund my amount as I have no hope and wish to get my phone back. I would rather buy a cheaper or expensive phone but with some company which believe in customer service and satisfaction.
Kindly be humane and resolve my problem ASAP.

As stated by XOLO that they have repaired my phone. This is regarding the same XOLO Q1200. IMEI no-[protected] As stated by you that it has been repaired, I collected it on 25-09-14.
I must say that I am more frustrated now at their services. Just because I complained in consumer forum they have returned the handset without repairing it.
It worked for 10 minutes after collecting it from the service center and the screen went off again. its coming and going again and again. You cannot imagine how frustrating it is.
I feel like throwing this phone on the face of the who repaired it after keeping it with him for 40 days. I asked for refund and I need it ASAP as I cant go through the same 40 days trouble again.
