[Resolved] Xolo — Complaint regarding 28days new phone in warranty | |||
I bought this model no A550s on 06/09/2014 from shivam communications with serial number 1169. Suddenly after using for 28 days my battery was not getting charged. I went to the service station hoping for the resolution and to my astonishment they told me that there was some motherboard issue and it will cost me Rs2800. I bought this phone for Rs5350 with an one year warranty and it is absurd for me to pay again for which i have valid warranty.Kindly look at the issue at the priority basis as it is annoying me as i am not able to use my phone. The issue that is hurting me more is while i was about to buy this xolo phone i was told by my friends to buy samsung or micromax but still I bought XOLO because i was sure that it is also a good brand mobile phone but to my horror i am being asked Rs2800 for no reason. Problems like this will certainly hamper the image of xolo phone and any one can buy it but will not trust it anymore.I will also tell my friends and relatives to never trust or buy xolo at any cost if my problem is not resolved asap.so again its my request to please fix my phone free as it has warranty or exchange it.I am also enclosing bill and warranty with this.
