Dear Sir,
I have sent my set model no. xolo opus2 Q1000 to patiala centre which is located at leela bhawan to change my display. They said it will charge you rs. 3000. i said ok change it. they have changed it but they damaged my board. i again sent my phone over there and they again did not rectified it. Again the board is not working and i asked them to maintain it, they said its not their fault, they will not do it. they can refun my money and will take back the display. what is this? before i gave them my set, it was all right even they have checked it. but now they are completely harrasing me for this. My time is being wasted. And i have only this set to use. What kind of customer care people you have? Was this information helpful? |
