[Resolved] Xolo — Defective product received xolo era x mobile

I have orderes xolo era x mobile through gadgets360 which is received on today i.e.8.6.16. I have seen that product is defective and mobile is getting auto off and even not get restarted with on off button. It is noticed every time battery to be removed and get restarted. Even while surffing, opening two thee applications it get hangged and auto off.
Have called to service center siddhivinayak enterprises karve rd pune Maharashtra have received bad responsed . Please confirm about how to get mobile replace or refund
