[Resolved]  Xolo — Delay in Service

Hi Sir i have submitted my phone under job sheet no.[protected] for Repairing in Xolo Service center at 6 September they are asking to wait for 20-25 days, phone is very important part of our life so i asked them that why they are taking around one month for repairing for a product which is in warranty while the product which is out of warranty repair within hour or one day because you charge for that they are not answering me i also sent email to them twice but they are not replying, i tried to talk to their senior and called twice at their Customer care no. under call ref. no. for 10 sept. is[protected] and for today''s call Ref. no. 668267 but they are not forwarding my call to their senior i asked area servicing manager''s contact no. they dint provide so please help me.
