[Resolved] Xolo — DELAYED SERVICES SINCE OVER A MONTH

hi, I bought brand new xolo q1100 on 11 apr 2014 with imie [protected]. My mobile problem description is keys not working and touch pad broken. its been over a month since 03 nov 2014 i have given for repair. i contacted service centre several times and customer care twice for only false assurances that mobile will be repaired in just two days. it has been very problematic for me without a smart phone since then . Kindly rectify ASAP.

Updated by pavan bm thanx for the delayed service.i got my phone repaired after long wait.Now I seriously doubt the transparency of charging for services.my service centre charged me Rs 3800 for which he didnt give any bill
