I bought Xolo Q700 and it was not even an year that it battery got all swollen up (Similar problem is being faced by many other users). I went to the Service centre in Mumbai (Charni Road), there they told me that the warranty on the battery is only for 6 months. So I told them OK, I will buy a new one. Then they told they don't have it right now, It will be available next week(this was in Feb last week). I went there next week then they told me that It will come after 15 April, then 18th April, they kept giving me dates but it didn't come. now they have told me that it will come after 28th April (which I highly doubt).
First they make a faulty product and to add in to the agony of their consumers they are providing such a pathetic after sales service.
Please Do the needful.

Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.
I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.
