Dear Sir,
This is to bring your kind attention that I got the replacement of my handset on 13th October 2014 and faced again problem with the new handset (1010i) so that I submit the handset again for service on 1st December 2014
Now I got the confirmation from service centre that my 1010i handset having mother board and some other internal problem so due to that company decided to replace that again. But when I checked I found it was not mine because it has too much scratched and looks ruffle used handset which staff trying to give me.
My question is if company repaired that handset than I should get my repaired handset or if replaced than new handset when I asked these questions to Ms. Amrit and other staff their answer was quit socking for me as per them “They are not suppose to give any answer if I want to take the handset than its fire otherwise I need to speak with customer care number[protected]” which is mention on my job sheet I felt humiliated and helpless so back to home.
Today I spoke to customer care and they convince me to take the action against them and gave me complaint number 1102603.
I Request you please do the needful and take the issue seriously and Check the CCTV Recording on Past Saturday (6/12/2014) because this kind of service should not expect from reputed company like XOLO rest of the details are given below.
