[Resolved] Xolo — Harassing customers | |||
I bought a Xolo X910c from amazon.com .After few days my touch panel stopped working(In service Period). I searched for Service Center but i could not find any in my home town and near city.I mailed to Xolo Care to send me a spare and i will pay, but refused to do and consist me to visit nearest Service Center(Out of warranty). Service Center told me unable to get that spare.Mine 10, 000 rs smartphone became unusual to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
