[Resolved]  Xolo — heating and charging problem

i have purchased xolo win q900s on 23 april 2015, but from the very first day of purchasing i am facing some kind of heating problem in it.., whenever i talk to somebody its getting very hotter even battery back up is very very low its getting down very quickly, please suggest me what to do from where i can resolve my problem
