[Resolved] Xolo — I have lost my XOLO Q3000 mobile. | |||
I lost my mobile hand set XOLO Q3000 when boarding into to the BEST BUS 125 on 3rd May, 2015 at 05:20 pm during I was going to Mumbai Central to Prabhadevi. I found theft of my cell phone while in journey in the same bus at Tardeo. Request you to please help in tracing my mobile handset stolen in BEST BUS as details given above. Firstly, we are sorry to know that your handset has been lost. With reference to your query, kindly get in touch with the service provider (Airtel, Idea, Vodafone etc.) and they will assist you regarding your concern.
With reference to your issue, we regret to inform you that we are unable to help in this issue as we are only the manufacturer of the product and we have no rights to trace or deactivate the mobile from our end, for the same you have to contact your service provider, they could help you in this regards.
