[Resolved]  Xolo — mobile blasted

||bought Xolo q 1000s plus mobile on 31/8/2014, and two weeks before while charging it got busted with sparks and got damaged. The mobile is under warranty period only. it was given to service center but they didn't respond at all. just telling reasons and time passing
