Sir, I have bought a xolo opus3 mobile on ebay after 6 month usage I got problem in low signal for which calls are not receiving, I sent it for service they said it couldnot be repaired and issued DOA, both ebay and xolo saying we cannot replace it, I donnot know how to claim . I am fed for last 3 months by calling both customer care.
