Dear Sir, I have given my phone to xolo service center just for minor problem on[protected] and till now i didn't get back my phone.I have complaint to your consumer complaints also but from last two days you are also not responding to my Emails.Earlier i have given each and info to you kindly re-open the case.If you want to send me again i will send you again.Please do needful solution. Dear Sir,
I am providing you necessary information once again, I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015. I also have Service center person no. [protected]/[protected] his name Pawan but now both no. switched off and even they r not ready to return my phone. I called so many times but whenever i called they always told me till will take time and all. 15 days before that person told me i ll give you your phone this month but now no. switched off, its already 6 months completed and Customer Service center shop closed.
