[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — Faulty Handset and taking time in servicing

I have a XOLO 8x-1000 dual sim smart phone. Since the day I bought the phone its speaks had some hardware issues. When I submitted the phone, I was said that I will get the phone back in 3-4 working days. Its been 4 days since I submitted the phone. The service center where I dropped the phone doesn't answer. even they don't know when the phone will be back. I tried calling company service center and the nos doesn't exist anymore. So in the end there's no way to find out when the phone will back.
