I submit my mobile xolo q1010i on 23 july 2015 to xolo customer care which is in warranty period as I purchased it on 6 aug 2014.
I was regular touch with xolo customer care they told me that mobile repairing was under progress but when I went to service center @ 19 august 2015 they said to me that mobile could not be repaired .
my work order no.[protected].
they denied to repaired it
worst experience I ever faced in my life
very bad a such reputed Indian company is doing like that..

BUT WHEN I CONTACT Mr. Ankit (BSM) .
they said that mobile could not be repaired and i have to take it as unrepaired condition ...
and then submit again for repairing as chargeable basis .
but when i submitted the handset was in under warranty ...
this is a cheating to me I already lodged complaint to national consumer court ..
do something really good if you can
