[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — Late service in repairing phone | |||
I had purchased a Xolo Q710 from Flipkart and after 5 months o[censored]sing it, I faced a battery issue. I gave the phone to the Xolo Service Center in Hyderabad with the name Sai Mobiles on the 21/September/2015. It has been two months now and they still say that the battery issue is still pending. Apparently, they are going to make sure that the warranty runs out on the phone before they return the phone back to me. I would like to know if I can register a case against them in the Consumer Court or not. Can someone help me with this? Was this information helpful? | |||
